Testo 350 portable flue gas analyzer

The Testo 350 is a flexible, portable, measuring system of flue gases for wide range of application at fuel combustion equipment.

This device can be applied for: 

• Setting up of all types of industrial boilers 

• Measuring of concentration of tail gases within long time

• Control over the operating conditions of industrial torches of any type 

• Monitoring and setting up of stationary diesel – generators

• Measuring of pressure and speed in air conduits and gas ducts 

The TESTO 350 analyzer box is designed for the control over flue gases and can measure О2 (factory setting) and concentration of the following gases: CO, СОlow, NO, NOlow, NO2, SO2, H2S, СН, CO2 (by separate IR-sensor or by calculation), calculation of  NOX as well as the  flow velocity of tail gases (using Pitot tube), coefficient of efficiency, tie rod assembly/pressure, built-in option of differential pressure measuring, trigger input, USB-port, slots for temperature probes (К NiCr-Ni type and S Pt10Rh-Pt type). 

TESTO 350 control unit is designed to control over the measuring system and display the data measured. The unit can be removed from the analyzer box and fitted up with Li-ion battery. All settings are entered by means buttons with arrows. The results of measurements are displayed on colored graphic screen. Owing to internal memory, the measuring data can be transferred from analyzer box to control unit. Several analyzer boxes can be managed, with optimum level of comfort, using one control unit, if required. 

• Capability to control the analyzer box and communicate the measured data even if the control is carried out from remote point  of flue gas duct which is very convenient while performance of measuring, for example at industrial torches.  

• Capability to communicate the measured data from analyzer box to control unit allows removing the control unit from analyzer box and carry over the other place for the purpose of analysis of data obtained while analyzer box remains on the same place to keep measuring.
