X-ray fluorescence sulfur analyzer SLFA – 60 HORIBA Scientific (Japan)

This analyzer is provided for measurement the weight ratio of sulfur in crude oil and petroleum products, such as gas oil, fuel oil, diesel, crude oil and naphtha and other liquid hydrocarbons. The operation principal of the analyzer is based on measurement of intensity of sulfur fluorescence radiation actuating while exposure a sample to radiation using the x-rays.  The analyzer is designed on the principle of energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis and consists of  X-ray source (X-ray tube),chamber for placement of analyzed samples, secondary radiation receiving set and  electronic module . Measurement process control is carried out by internal controller. Only one sample can be placed in SLFA-60 and replacement is carried out manually.
