Automatic pad metering station

PURPOSE:

Automatic pad metering station is provided for periodical determination by program the fluid volume produced from oil wells and control over its operation at oil fields. Operating purpose of the units is to provide the control over operating practice of oil wells.

Automatic pad metering station package consists of two parts (zones): process room and equipment room.

Process room consists of:

• metering separator,

• multipass oilwell switch,

• fluid meter,

• flow controller,

• hydraulic pressure drive and isolation valves.

Equipment room consists of:

• Control and Indication Unit,

• Power supply unit.

Note:

Standard set of Automatic pad metering station package is represented as a metal structure installed on heated basement and faced with sandwich panels with non-combustible insulant.
